AML / KYC / KYT Policy
This Policy is developed by the BeeCoin Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) in order to comply with obligations regarding anti-money laundering (AML), customer identification (KYC), and transaction monitoring (KYT), in accordance with EU legislation and international standards (including FATF recommendations).
Using the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this Policy by the User.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Service implements a set of legal, technical, and organizational measures aimed at preventing its use for illegal purposes, including:
- money laundering;
- terrorism financing;
- circumvention of international sanctions;
- fraud and other illegal activities.
1.2. This Policy applies to all Users without exception and is mandatory.
2. KYC Policy (Customer Identification)
2.1. The Service may request client identity verification as part of its procedures.
2.2. Verification may include:
- copies of identification documents;
- proof of residence address;
- source of funds;
- current contact details;
- video verification or other forms of checks.
2.3. The User is obliged to provide accurate information upon request by the Service.
2.4. Use of VPNs, Tor, and other anonymizers is prohibited.
2.5. All transactions must be conducted solely on behalf of the user.
3. AML Policy
3.1. The Service monitors transactions to identify suspicious activity, including:
- transaction structuring;
- funds volume inconsistency with client profile;
- abnormal activity;
- connections to sanctioned jurisdictions.
3.2. In case of suspicious activity, the Service may:
- request additional documents;
- require transaction explanations;
- conduct extended KYC verification;
- limit account functionality;
- refuse service if cooperation is denied.
3.3. Upon identifying risks, the Service may:
- report data to regulators;
- block funds until investigation is completed;
- deny service without explanation;
- return funds only to original details upon confirmation of legality.
4. KYT (Know Your Transaction)
4.1. The Service uses automated tools for transaction analysis, including:
- use of mixers and tumblers;
- operations with high-risk assets;
- transactions from/to offshore or sanctioned jurisdictions;
- suspicious serial transfers.
4.2. All types of transactions are analyzed: deposit, withdrawal, exchange, P2P, OTC.
4.3. If risk profile is violated, the Service may request documents, suspend the transaction, or notify the authorities.
5. User Responsibility
- not to use the service for illegal purposes;
- cooperate in AML/KYC/KYT procedures;
- provide requested data in a timely manner;
- inform about personal data changes;
- not to use anonymizing technologies.
5.2. Violations may result in:
- blocking operations or account;
- restricted access to functionality;
- data transfer to authorities.
5.3. The Service is not responsible for losses arising from AML/KYC obligations.
6. Refund after AML Check
- only possible after successful verification;
- up to 10% fee for administrative costs;
- funds returned to verified details only;
- refund period — up to 7 business days.
7. Confidentiality and Data Storage
- data processed in accordance with GDPR;
- information stored for at least 5 years.

User Agreement
1. Terms and Definitions
- BeeCoin — a system for providing online services for the exchange of electronic assets and electronic money.
- Service website — beecoin.exchange
- User — an individual using the service and accepting the terms of the agreement.
- Payment system — an external service for processing settlements, electronic transactions, and managing monetary obligations.
- Electronic assets — digital obligations between the user and the currency developer.
- Payment/transaction — the transfer of electronic currency from one party to another.
- Request — the user's intention to use the service, submitted via the website.
- Source currency — the currency the user wants to sell or exchange.
- Source account — the account from which the source currency is sent.
- Target currency — the asset the user receives after the exchange.
- Target account — the account to which the target currency is sent.
- Currency reserve — the available amount of a certain currency at the time of request submission.
- Currency exchange — the process of exchanging between different electronic systems.
- Exchange rate — the value ratio of two currencies in the exchange process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
BeeCoin provides the following services:
- Exchange of one electronic currency for another or other means.
- Sale of electronic money.
- Purchase of electronic money.
3. Services and How They Are Provided
- Requests are submitted through the website interface.
- The user manages the exchange process through the web interface.
- Execution is carried out within the rules of the payment systems.
- BeeCoin is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment systems.
- The service does not verify whether the sender and receiver are the same person.
- The user confirms the legal origin of the funds.
- The user is solely responsible for paying all required taxes.
4. Service Fees
- Current rates and fees are published on the website.
- The service has the right to unilaterally change tariffs.
- The request indicates the current rate, commission, and amount.
6. Terms of Service
- The user submits a request, authorizing BeeCoin to exchange electronic currency on their behalf and at their expense.
- The user agrees to send the source currency in the specified amount, and BeeCoin, upon receiving it, will transfer the resulting currency at the current rate and tariffs.
- Payout is made within the regulated time frame, unless there are force majeure circumstances.
- Payment is only possible through the website form. Manual transfers by details are not allowed.
- BeeCoin's obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment the funds are debited from the service's account.
- If the funds are not received within 30–90 minutes, the request may be automatically canceled.
- The exchange rate is not fixed. Any change, even by 0.01%, will be recalculated at the time of deposit.
- The number of network confirmations is specified when creating the request and depends on the specific cryptocurrency.
- The crediting time to bank cards ranges from a few seconds to 5 business days.
- Deposits in EUR/USD from Visa/MasterCard are unavailable from certain countries. The current list is available on the website.
- In case of AML address risk, the user will need to undergo video verification and confirm the origin of funds.
- BeeCoin has the right to suspend the operation and withhold funds if fraud is suspected.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set. The information is provided on the website.
- If transferred via the wrong network, a $25 + network fee is charged.
- Smart contracts are not supported. The user bears responsibility for such transfers.
7. Agreement Activation
- The agreement is a public offer and comes into effect upon request creation.
- Any information displayed on the BeeCoin website is part of the offer.
- The acceptance is considered complete once the request is submitted.
- The date, time, and parameters of the request are recorded automatically.
- The user may cancel the request before payment is made.
8. Liability of the Parties
- BeeCoin is financially liable to the user for the amount of funds or electronic assets entrusted by the user to fulfill the request.
- BeeCoin is not responsible for malfunctions, errors, or failures in hardware/software caused by factors beyond its control, or for related user losses.
- The service provides exchange, purchase, and sale of electronic assets or money. BeeCoin does not provide fundraising or third-party payment services.
- BeeCoin is not responsible for user losses caused by unlawful actions of third parties.
- The service is not liable for delayed or unfulfilled requests due to payment system or bank errors provided by the user.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when submitting a request. The service does not compensate for losses due to user errors.
- Information about the transaction is stored in the service database and used as the primary source in dispute resolution.
- Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.
- The service is not responsible for delays caused by partner payment system schedules and may not notify clients of such schedules.
9. Refunds
- The service refunds electronic assets only if the exchange did not occur and the user did not receive assets to their account.
- The refund is made minus the network fee and Coin/USDT rate difference.
- Refunds are issued only after the user contacts support. No refund actions are taken without user inquiry.
Attention! Important!
- BeeCoin may amend the agreement by publishing changes on the website. Changes become effective upon publication unless stated otherwise.
- The service may refuse to process a request without providing a reason.
- In case of suspicious activity, the service may suspend the request to prevent possible hacking attacks.
- The service may send the user exchange progress updates via email as part of the process.
- BeeCoin may suspend website operation for maintenance. The user accepts the risks associated with site unavailability.
- Information about the user and their transactions is stored on the server and cannot be deleted.
Privacy Policy
BeeCoin adheres to strict standards for protecting users' personal data and does not share information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
1. General Provisions
- To perform exchange, purchase, or sale operations, BeeCoin may request personal data which is stored in encrypted form.
- Data transfer from the user to the service is conducted over a secure SSL channel.
- BeeCoin may collect additional user information if necessary, without sharing it with third parties (except as described below).
- Data transfer may occur by court order or official request from law enforcement agencies, maintaining confidentiality.
- Information may be shared with payment systems for internal investigations upon their official request.
- Collected data is stored in BeeCoin’s database for 3 years after the user's last operation.
2. Subject of the Policy
- The policy regulates the protection and use of personal data provided during registration or application submission.
- Personal data includes full name, phone number, email, passport data, Telegram login.
- BeeCoin automatically collects IP address, cookies, browser information, access time, page address, and referrer.
- Disabling cookies may limit access to website features.
- The service maintains IP address statistics for technical analysis and security monitoring.
- Additional data (e.g., transaction history) is protected and not disclosed except as specified in this policy.
3. Data Processing
- Data is processed indefinitely, including by automated systems.
- Data may be transferred to financial organizations solely to fulfill the user's request.
- Data transfer is only possible upon official request from European Union governmental bodies.
- In case of data loss or leak, BeeCoin will notify the user.
- BeeCoin applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.
- Both parties undertake joint measures to prevent damage from data loss or disclosure.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
- The user agrees to provide accurate personal data.
- The user must update their data when changes occur.
- BeeCoin commits to keeping information confidential and not disclosing it without user consent (except as provided).
- BeeCoin adopts standard protection measures consistent with business practice.
- Upon user request, BeeCoin will block their personal data during verification.
5. Liability of the Parties
- BeeCoin is liable for losses incurred by the user due to unauthorized data use, except for exclusions.
- The service is not liable if the information:
- was already public before disclosure,
- was received from third parties,
- was disclosed with the user’s consent.
6. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are resolved through negotiations between BeeCoin and the user based on this policy.
- Claims are accepted only electronically.
- If disputes are not resolved by negotiation, they are referred to courts at BeeCoin's place of registration.

- BeeCoin may amend the Privacy Policy without user consent.
- The new version takes effect upon publication on the website.
