Creating an order on BeeCoin is easy! Just follow these step-by-step instructions:

Select the exchange direction, for example: in the "Giving" column — "Tether", and in the "Receiving" column — "Bitcoin".
Specify the amount you want to exchange or receive (minimum 300 USDT).
Enter your personal details — email and wallet address to receive funds.
Read the service rules and KYC/AML policy, then check the boxes.
Click "Exchange now" — a window with our payment details will appear.
Copy the payment details and make the transfer for the specified amount.
Return to the website and click "I have paid". Done!

The average order processing time on BeeCoin is from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the chosen direction and network congestion.

The reasons may vary. Please check the following:

Accuracy of the payment details entered. If there is a mistake, the order will be moved to the "Errors" section, and you will receive an email.
Correct copying of BeeCoin payment details. We are not responsible for errors during the transfer.
Whether the funds were actually debited from your card or wallet. If the funds did not reach our account, the order will be canceled.
